I am highly disappointed in this location. Always nice to get there a little early and enjoy a warm cup of herbal tea before a relaxing massage.

They used to have lemon and cucumber water plus hot teas when I first started going a few years ago, but then it disappeared for a while. They recently brought back the hot tea and water pitcher in the waiting area. Of course, they always try to sell you on the products that they use during the facial, but they don’t press too hard so it’s not terrible. I could have slapped on a mud mask at home»).

If the customer service people had any inclination toward providing actual customer service (instead of just reiterating that I signed a membership contract), I wouldn’t feel compelled to write a Unilocal review. The therapists are generally pretty good, which is why I give them two stars. Also, this particular location is difficult to schedule at last minute. I know that as a provider *I* have to schedule my calendar accordingly. Last I checked, dressing or undressing isn’t a massage. In addition to this, their «hour» massages are really 40 minutes and their «hour and a half» massages are really 70 minutes. It seems unethical to cancel something that someone has already paid for, especially considering they have a record of it (yes, I know I signed the dumb contract). 5 massages in the allotted time frame (yes, I know it was in the extensive membership contract), and I lost them. Because it’s difficult to schedule regular massages, I wasn’t able to use my last 1.
